Our production follows clearly defined steps and HACCP guidelines. Every stage – from cutting to shock freezing – is documented and checked multiple times.

All blocks are prepared entirely by hand – by trained staff with years of experience. This allows us to perfectly match the structure and shape of the meat.

Each block is shock-frozen immediately after preparation. This preserves freshness and ensures a reliable cold chain at all times.

Every block undergoes a final visual and temperature check before shipping. Only then is it approved for delivery.
